Refund policy

Please note that you have 14 days after the day we email you to confirm we accept your order to change your mind and cancel your subscription. You will be entitled to a full refund provided that you have not accessed the BMJ Materials during that 14 day period. If you do access the BMJ Materials within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund if you then change your mind and cancel your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription by contacting us at support@bmj.com stating why you wish to cancel your subscription and including in your email your name and subscription reference number(s). Alternatively, you can call our customer service helpdesk on +44 (0) 20 7111 1105.
