Dr Geraint Preest BSc MB BCh DRCOG MRCGP Geraint is a working GP
and a partner at Pencoed Medical Centre, a training practice near
Bridgend in South Wales. He has been the MRCGP section Editor with
BMJ Group since 2008 and GP Editor of Onexamination since 2004. He
has been involved in the development of online educational material
for GPs for the past 10 years and pioneered one of the first GP and
regional VTS training websites in the country. He has lectured to
Trainers' and Registrars' groups about the MRCGP AKT exam,
examination technique and question writing. He has also written
articles for the medical press about the use of the internet and
information technology in primary care. In his spare time, Geraint
has a passion for mountain biking and, most weekends, he can be
seen falling off his bike at a variety of windswept locations.

Alun joined onExamination - from BMJ Learning in Nov 2007.
Alun's background includes 34 years as a GP, 22 years as a GP
trainer plus varied academic posts over the last twenty years,
undergraduate tutor, CME tutor, CPD coordinator and 2003 - 2008
Appraisal coordinator for Gwent.

Kevin Conway is a locum consultant general surgeon at Cwm Taf
NHS trust working on both the Prince Charles and Royal Glamorgan
sites. He has been involved with onExamination since 2004 before
being appointed to surgical section editor in 2008. Currently he
edits the MRCS resource and has recently developed the FRCS
resource for candidates preparing to take part 1 of the
Intercollegiate Speciality Board examination in general surgery. He
has also been involved with the development of the Needs Assessment
tool in surgery.

Nadia Bukhari

After qualifying as a pharmacist, Nadia Bukhari worked as a
pharmacy manager at Westbury Chemist, Streatham for a year, after
which she moved on to work for Bart's and the London NHS Trust
as a clinical pharmacist in surgery. Two and a half years later,
she commenced working for the School of Pharmacy, University of
London as the pre registration co-ordinator for the university and
the academic facilitator. Whilst teaching undergraduate students,
Nadia completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Pharmacy Practice and
her Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching in Higher Education after
which she took on the role of the Master of Pharmacy programme
manager, which involved the management of the undergraduate degree
as well as being the pre registration coordinator for the
university. Nadia has now taken on the role as the MPharm student
support manager & pre registration co-ordinator for the
university, and is currently studying for her professional
counselling diploma. She has privately tuitioned a handful of
students, all who have given her positive feedback and have passed
their exams in the first attempt after receiving coaching from
her.
