Every self-respecting paediatrician should be able to look at an x-ray on a proper viewer and form an opinion before seeing the radiologist’s report. After all a paediatrician, knowing the full clinical details, is in a better position to make the diagnosis unless he is deficient in using a visual format for such an exercise.
In this tutorial, an experienced radiologist tackles the difficult problem of interpreting paediatric x-rays. For each x-ray, he asks you to form an opinion before hearing his definitive interpretation. He also draws diagrams while presenting his interpretation to ease viewers’ understanding.
