Theme:Stabbing facial pain

A 57-year-old lady presents with a week long history of unilateral, stabbing facial pain lasting two minutes at a time. On examination, there are no rashes and no neurological abnormalities (including normal fundoscopy). Her pulse and blood pressure are normal.
