Why use these online revision resources?

They are a collection of case problems and questions in the clinical sciences that will help medical students prepare for examinations. It is particularly suitable for medical students preparing for similar Multiple Choice Question exams but is also very useful for students preparing for any type of examination including practical or written papers.


How do I use it?

Start answering case problems. You will soon find topics that you are not so familiar with and this will help direct your reading and learning towards areas where you need to study. The only person you compete against is yourself so think of the website as an online learning tool helping you to focus your revision.


Where do the questions come from?

The questions in our medical student resources have been written by experienced doctors to be suitable for medical students preparing for their exams. They are based on common clinical and basic science problems that would be suitable for any medical school.


How often are the questions reviewed and updated?

Questions are reviewed continuously. Since the questions are being used and evaluated every day we are able to monitor quickly questions that do not perform well and modify them. This process, along with full-time editors, ensures that questions are up-to-date.


How many questions do we add to them each year?

A few hundred questions are added each year.


How can I trust the answers are correct?

The questions are written by respected authors and go through a rigorous peer review process. Any references which are given are for further reading/explanation.
